Hello! I’m Lydia Ehrmann, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Friends University in Wichita, KS in 2021. I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas since 2023. I recently relocated to San Antonio, TX. I have experience working with children, couples, families and adults.
How can I help
I am very passionate about working with children and their families. I have experience working with children ages 2+. I have worked with children in foster care and children who have suffered traumatic experiences or abuse. I firmly believe that in order to help children, it is important to help them have a good relationship with their parents. I have helped many families break intergenerational patterns and create a sense of unity and harmony. I utilize a mix of play therapy, psychotherapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. I see therapy through a Bowenian or structural lens.
